What is the most convenient way to reach the property upon arrival?

We strongly recommend reserving a private or semi-private shuttle transfer to ensure a seamless arrival experience. The rates for the 2026 season are €50 for a semi-private transfer or €70 for a private vehicle (per ride, for up to 3 guests), payable in cash directly to the driver.

Alternatively, taxis are available at the airport or port, though they can be scarce during peak times.

No matter which transport option you may select, please kindly provide your arrival details in advance so we may organize your welcome.

Where exactly is the property located in Oia?

Our residences boast a truly unique location in the very center of Oia, nestled directly between the two iconic blue-domed churches. We are situated within a private zone approximately 80 stairs down from the main path, which ensures a serene atmosphere away from the crowds. Despite this seclusion, you will find a distinct variety of restaurants, shops, and cafes just 1 to 10 minutes away on foot.

Is there a reception desk available for check-in?

We do not maintain a traditional front desk. Instead, upon arrival our devoted porter will greet you at a designated meeting point nearby to assist with your luggage and escort you to your suite. Throughout your stay, our concierge team is readily available via messaging applications (such as WhatsApp) to personally assist with any inquiries or reservations you may require.

What are your policies regarding check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 15:00, and check-out is scheduled until 11:00. Should you arrive earlier, our porter will be pleased to meet you and store your luggage until your suite is prepared. While we always strive to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs, please note that these are subject to availability and typically confirmed on the day of arrival or departure respectively.

Is breakfast included in my stay?

Yes, a delightful breakfast is included with all reservations. It is served daily from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm at our partner venue, Thalami Restaurant, located a brief 3-minute walk away on the caldera. For guests staying in late November, a curated breakfast box is delivered directly to the suite.

Does the property feature a swimming pool?

Yes, our guests enjoy access to a shared cave pool and two terraces located at the heart of the property. The water is heated to a mildly warm temperature of approximately 30°C (86°F). Please be advised that it is not a hot tub, so it may feel cooler during the evening or on cloudy days, especially in Spring and Autumn months. Additionally, several of our suites are appointed with their own private outdoor or indoor plunge pools.

Are children permitted at the residences?

Due to the distinctive architecture of our property, which is constructed directly upon the caldera cliffs, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12 for safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the safety and tranquility of all our guests.

Do the suites offer a direct view of the sunset?

Our property offers magnificent views of the caldera and the Aegean Sea throughout the day. However, the direct sunset into the sea is visible from the opposite side of Oia village rather than the caldera side. The renowned sunset viewing point at Oia Castle is conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk from our residences.

Can you assist with parking arrangements?

As our property is situated on the cliffs, it is not directly accessible by vehicle. There is, however, a free public parking area located approximately 5 minutes away on foot, opposite the Atlantis Oia Dive Center. Should this area be fully occupied, two private parking lots are available about 10 minutes away.
